Co-Founder, President & CEO
Mark has been in sales for over 30 years and believes that customer service and client satisfaction are the keys to building lasting relationships. This focus has been and continues to be the cornerstone of his business philosophy. Mark strives to provide exceptional service, ensuring that all clients' needs are met with the utmost professionalism and dedication. His commitment to fostering strong, long-term relationships has made Mark a trusted business partner and consultant.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mark is responsible for setting BRB’s overall vision and strategy, and is primarily accountable for its financial performance, growth, and sustainability. He leads the senior management team, partnership and collaboration development, and represents the company throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Mark attended Howard University and resides in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD.
Co-Founder, Vice President & COO
Charles has over 20 years experience in real estate sales, leasing, construction, project management, property development, commercial, industrial and residential property management, property analysis, finance oversight and budget development. Charles has spearheaded the acquisition of over three million square feet of industrial property, has managed over 1,000 apartment units, and two million square feet of commercial property.
As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Charles manages the day-to-day operations of BRB and oversees its cross-functional teams. He is responsible for conducting market research and analyzing competitive intelligence as well as identifying and mitigating business risks.
Charles attended Rutgers University and resides in Somerset, NJ.
Co-Founder, Vice President & CSO
Matthew has over 30 years experience as a public school educator and community organizer. As an educational leader, Matthew works with senior level staff to ensure alignment to strategic plans and initiatives. Additionally, he is the chief liaison between partner organizations to ensure collaborative processes are in place and mutual goals are achieved. He is a regular presenter at local and national conferences and is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for his work in the field of education as well as for his civic engagement.
As Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Matthew leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of BRB’s strategic plans and initiatives. He is also responsible for creating innovation and growth concepts as well as establishing performance metrics.
Matthew attended Morehouse College and New York University and currently resides in Bloomfield, NJ.
